Questions
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. The widget is a theme app embed and works with Online Store 2.0 themes, including Dawn and other free Shopify themes. It picks up your theme's fonts and colours.
What happens when a slot is full?
Shoppers can't choose it. While someone checks out, their spot is held for 10 minutes so it can't be sold twice.
Can I use it with Shopify POS?
Yes. Staff can look up today's pickups in POS, check the pickup code and mark the order as handed over.
What if I go over my monthly orders?
On Free, the picker pauses until next month. On Starter monthly, extra orders cost $0.10 each, capped at $15 per billing cycle. Growth and Pro are unlimited.
